Collectables

Please email us to request a shipping quote for our Collectables range of vintage lights.

All orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post standard delivery. International orders will be sent via Australia Post economy international. All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order. We would recommend including insurance, as any items lost or damaged in the post will not be covered by Studio 11:11. However we will do whatever we can to assist.

*We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses internationally.

*Any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are not included at our check-out as we are unable to calculate the costs for each country. 

RETURNS & TERMS

Collectables

Due to the vintage nature of all items in the Collectables lighting range, returns will only be accepted if an item has been grossly misrepresented. Please send us an email to obtain approval - hello@studio-11-11.com. The cost of returning a misrepresented item will be at our expense after approval has been finalised.

Returns on misrepresented items will only be accepted in original packaging within 14 days of receipt for domestic and international orders. We can not compensate for items lost or damaged in transit.

*Items are sold as seen, described or commissioned. Although every effort is made to choose items with minimal damage or age wear, and describe any faults, customers should expect some signs of age and use and are advised to request a detailed condition report ahead of purchase.

*11:11 Cannot guarantee the future lifespan of previously used goods.

*All electrical items should be fitted by a qualified electrician.
