Circa 1970. Designed by Charles Williams for Fontana Arte. A very rare piece.
The soft curves of the textured Washi paper lamp shade replicate the footprint of the cast aluminium base, creating a beautiful light effect when illuminated. Houses an E14 lamp socket.
Shade shows some wear, with 2 small fractures in the paper.
